We are making a lot of progress this week, thank you for having your students here and hydrated! I wanted to send a note out about next week's schedule to try to clear up any confusion.

Our days will run from 9am-9pm. They are long, tiring days! Please ensure your students eat a good breakfast and have an early bedtime. Each day will run thusly:

9:00am-11:45am First Block

11:45am-1:15pm Lunch and FunTivity 

1:15pm-4:00pm Second Block

4:00pm-6:00pm Dinner 

6:00pm-9:00pm Block 3

For lunch, we will be consistent that students need to stay ON CAMPUS. The FunTivities have been outlined in the google classroom. For the dinner break, all students MUST go home. No directors will be on campus. This is something new for this year. We are doing it this way so students have a chance to go home, rest, and have a meal with their families during this crazy week. If you have any questions about this, please let me know!

Lastly, I need to make a correction. We had announced that we would do a parent preview show on August 7th at 3:30. I later realized that this may make it difficult for those who work standard hours to be in attendance. For that reason, we will be moving the Parent Preview show to be Thursday, August 13th at 8:00pm. We have a rehearsal that day from 6:00pm-9:00pm. This show will require audience participation, so bring your marching shoes, parents!! 

We realize that day is Freshman Focus until 6pm. If we can have the freshmen eat something and then report to rehearsal as soon as they can, that would be marvelous.
